Maggie’s senior photoshoot at Retzer Nature Center was incredible! We had stunning Fall Colors to complement Maggie’s outfit choices for this Retzer Senior Session. Which is always a huge bonus for senior portrait sessions! I had not photographed at Retzer Nature Center for a few months and I loved returning to this location. This Waukesha Park truly has it all. It offers stunning trails, rows of evergreen trees as well as open fields to explore! Retzer Nature Center is located just outside of Waukesha, Wi and is the perfect location for outdoor photoshoots.

Maggie is from Northern Wisconsin, however she ventured South to take her senior portraits with her boyfriend who is local to the Waukesha area. I am so thankful that we crossed paths! You never know who is going to step into your life as a small business owner. However, I am glad that Maggie stepped into mine. We immediately bonded over talking about high school volleyball and her plans for the future. I absolutely adore senior sessions! It is not very often that I get to photograph individuals. Getting my creativity flowing when I have different types of sessions is one of my favorite parts of my job as a photographer. I think that these portraits speak for themselves. Maggie’s beauty shines through every image!

Also, if you are ever scared of a few rain drops during your photoshoot, have no fear! I bet you cannot tell which photos below were taken in the chilly, misty Fall rain. Our session started out overcast but quickly turned into a misty Fall afternoon. Maggie held on and was a trooper through it all! She rocked her Retzer Senior Session with grace and poise.
