A Magical Milwaukee Christmas Wedding at The Covenant at Murray Mansion

Snowflakes danced through the sky as Maggie and MJ said “I do” in the most enchanting Christmas-themed wedding at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. Nestled in the heart of Wisconsin winter, this Milwaukee Christmas Wedding was nothing short of a fairytale come to life.

At MJ and Maggie’s engagement session they gushed about their dream Milwaukee Christmas Wedding and were praying for snow. Maggie told me that she was envisioning a Christmas Hallmark movie theme as the backdrop of their beautiful wedding day. And Wisconsin DELIVERED! Wisconsin got covered in a blanket of snow two days prior to their wedding and stayed until their reception ended.

From the moment guests arrived to The Covenant at Murray Mansion, they were wrapped in the warmth and wonder of the holiday season. With Christmas trees glittering, beautiful wreathes of green and red hanging, ruby red poinsettia’s and gold accents, the Mansion was transformed into a timeless winter wonderland.

Maggie, radiant in a classic ivory gown with a cathedral length veil, glided down the aisle to meet MJ at the altar. Everyone watched in silence as the couple joined hands and exchanged their vows.

Outside, snow blanketed the grounds, adding a serene, cinematic backdrop for portraits. Inside, laughter and music filled the air as loved ones toasted to a lifetime of love, joy, and holiday traditions. Maggie made sure to bring more holiday spirit and cheer by giving guests nutcracker ornaments to take home and guide them to their dinner tables.

The reception was cozy and elegant, featuring tablescapes with gold ornaments, ruby red poinsettias, and flickering votives. Guests enjoyed the night with some incredible story telling from Maggie’s parents during their speech. They hand crafted a Christmas tradition and read a customized and detailed story of “The Night Before Christmas” featuring MJ and Maggie’s love story. The couple’s first dance lit by candlelight and surrounded by friends and family—felt like a scene from a Christmas movie.

As the night came to a close, Maggie and MJ made their exit surrounded by softly falling snow, beginning their journey as newlyweds in the most magical way imaginable. This Milwaukee Christmas Wedding was nothing short of stunning.
