Drew and Becca’s Elopement

What a day!  This early Spring elopement was one for the books!  Becca first reached out to me a few months before her and her fiance were planning to secretly tie the knot.  She wanted some formal portraits on her wedding day, but ultimately they were going to the courthouse to get married!  She wanted the photos to take place in Port Washington, her childhood home.  We talked through the logistics and I was super excited to take pictures of this sweet couple! 

When the day came, it was unlike anything we could have imagined.  It was FREEZING cold.  And the wind was blowing off of Lake Michigan at 15-20 miles per hour.  But, you would never know that looking at these photos.  All I see is the warmth and love that Becca and Drew have for one another.  From their nervous and sweet first look through their couple’s portraits they were troopers!
